• Email addresses are given when someone plays the Play Your Way Game, purchases any of our products or is interested in any of our services.  

 

Should a Our Planet (Our Paradise) Sponsor/Player cease any connection with Our Planet (Our Paradise) their personal data will be password protected and stored for 5 years from the date on which Our Planet (Our Paradise) was informed (or from when Our Planet (Our Paradise) sees that the Play Your Way Game has stopped being played).  Our Planet (Our Paradise) may still contact the client under the valid lawful basis of ‘legitimate interest’ set out under GDPR during this time.

 

Should a Sponsor/Visitor/Player/Purchaser disclose that they would no longer like to hear from us, their information will be deleted immediately.

Google Analytics is a piece of software that grabs data about my visitors (you).  It’s something like an advanced server log.

What does Google Analytics record?

• What website you came from to get here.

• How long you stay for.

• What kind of computer you’re using.

• And quite a bit more.

 

What do I do with your data?

The tracking information allows me to better understand the kind of people who come to my site and what content they’re reading.  This allows me to make better decisions about site design & the good I hope to achieve through Our Planet (Our Paradise).
